In the beginning of 2008 I was over weight depressed and struggling with my fitness. I finally admitted to myself that I was over weight and needed help. I was eating take outs, drinking most nights of the week and excessively at the weekends.

I turned to Luke from Outklass as in the first chat he made me feel comfortable and he focused on my needs not on "what Outklass could do". My goals were simple I wanted to get fit and stay fit. I initially didn't have any long term goals, I just wanted to invest in my health and see where it would lead. The guys at Ouklass were fabulous they were supportive, informative and approachable. You set your goals and if you follow their suggestions achieving them is a lot easier than you expect. One step at a time.

After training with Neil, Luke and now James, I have lost over 3 stone, I am fitter, healthier and have a a much more positive outlook on life in general. I have now surpassed any goal I initially set and I am currently embarking on a life changing to trip to Thailand for Muay Thai training with James with the prospect of fighting in the near future.

My future goals are; to get fitter, train harder and progress in my MMA training and I am looking forward to achieving any new goals whatever they may be.

Having a weight increase of 12 pounds, due to medication, my son advised me to visit Outklass to check on my dietary habits and fitness. The Nutritionalist was extremely helpful and informative and although basically the food I eat is correct, the timing of my intake is not. The advice given was really beneficial and in two weeks my weight has dropped 2 pounds.

The thought of a training session was quite daunting but I can honestly say I enjoyed every minute and came away wanting more! Having suffered from back trouble for many years I was taught how my posture could be improved, this coupled with the exercises on the TRX
was invaluable. Exercising in a standing position was surprisingly comfortable. I now have that 'extra' spring in my step and look forward to my next appointment.

I have worked with Outklass Personal Fitness for 5years now. My training sessions are specific to my golf requirements including strength, power, endurance, flexibility and nutrition. Having worked hard on all aspects of my fitness I feel that I am in ideal condition to take on the schedules of a modern day touring golf professional. And sustain the levels of fitness throughout the whole of the season. The main reason I am working with Outklass is because I believe they use the most advanced up to date training methods and since working with them have achieved the best results.

Since working with Outklass Fitness my all round game has improved, I have put on a lot of yardage on my tee shots which I have found to be a massive advantage in tournament play on courses well over 7,000 yards.

Outklass also give me the best advice on injury prevention so that I can play tournaments and train week after week. I strive to achieve freshness at the start and at the end of a tournament so that I can play to my potential.

At the beginning of July 2009 I contacted Outklass Fitness as due to a reoccurring back injury my weight was slowly increasing and stood at 19st 6lbs, I was also stressed and tense all the time from my busy work schedule and found it very difficult to switch off at the end of the day.

Luke at Outklass Fitness has worked out a program suited to my specific needs and goals and keeps adding to it as I progress and to keep it interesting.

Luke also introduced me to a nutritionist giving weekly advice and guidance aswell as the weekly weigh in.

Now, instead of something I should do, my training sessions are something I look forward to and derive a great sense of achievement from. It is fun, personal and most importantly, I can see and feel how my body is changing for the better.

I currently attend 3 one hour sessions a week one to one using all the factilities from kettle bell training to the TRX Suspension system. I enjoy it so much I even signed up for an extra one hour group circuit training class.

I’m happy to report that 4 months on I now weigh 15st 11lbs. I can also state that I have had no problems with my back and the hospital has signed me off as an outpatient. I’m not as tense or stressed after the working day and I’m now able to enjoy my family/free time.

Now the excess weight has gone my program is concentrating on muscle toning and after only a couple of weeks the changes are noticeable.

Although I still have some way to go in achieving my goals, I am stronger, fitter and in the best shape I have ever been! Exercising is now a very enjoyable part of my life and I cannot imagine my life without it!
