Personal Training

Personal training is the surest and quickest way to achieving your fitness goals, whether you want to lose weight, lose inches, get stronger, improve your nutrition or just improve your overall health and fitness. At OutKlass Fitness our team of highly qualified trainers and strength and conditioning coaches, are committed to ensuring you not only reach your goals, but we also do our upmost to make it as dynamic and fun as possible!.

Personal training will start with a consultation with a Personal Trainer or Sports Rehabilitation Therapist. It will include one or more of the following assessments depending one your goals.

• Medical Assessment
• Fitness and strength testing
• Postural analysis
• Flexibility/Mobility testing
• Balance and coordination
• Body composition and measurements
• Nutritional Advice

These assessments will be carried out only with the client’s permission.

The next step is to design a fitness and lifestyle programme which will include input from all the team, from trainer, nutritionist right through to our therapists.

Then your journey can begin!
