Group Training

Is there a better way to get in shape than sweating with friends? Although laughing with them and occasionally laughing at them helps to. We have groups of friends, workmates, couples and individuals performing activities ranging from technical kettlebell lifting through to Mixed Martial Arts and just about everything inbetween.

It's not just a great way to get fit it's also a fantastic way to build friendships and a solid ethos that will carry through into your everyday life.
