Outklass circuits are a great way to get in shape as well as improving your strength, stamina and fat burning potential. It's a varied style of training that caters to all levels of fitness and ability in order to give you one of the best workouts you'll ever have.
All our circuit klasses are taken by 2 fitness coaches at all times to ensure you get the full attention needed with exercise techniques and also make sure you're not having a sneaky rest!
Every week is a different challenge so turn up and have fun, we'll take care of the rest!
Wednesday: - 6:30pm-7:30pm, 7:45pm-8:45pm
Sunday: - 10am-11am
